flats are 100 yards from the Churchill, so visitors are welcome to use the
swimming pool. Each flat has a car space. The building is equipped with

Flats 10 & 11 can each accommodate up to 9 people and
Flat 12 up to 6 people.

so you can choose your own heating requirements. The lawn and rose garden

A few minutes' walk away, there is a busy shopping centre - Red Bank Road.
Shops include Sainsburys, Banks, Laundrettes and lots of Cafes and Restaurants.
Gas and electricity to each flat is supplied via £1 coin meters.

Tiled bathroom has bath and shower, with seperate toilet. One bedroom has
double and single beds. Second bedroom is seperate from the flat and contains
2 doubles, toilet and vanity unit.
1ST FLOOR FLAT 11 - sleeps up to 9. Large lounge with double bed-settee
and dining table. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Tiled bathroom
with bath, shower and toilet. One large bedroom has 2 doubles and a single
and the other bedroom a double bed.
2ND FLOOR FLAT 12 - sleeps up to 6. Lounge with double bed-settee and dining
table. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Tiled bathroom with bath,
shower and toilet. Both bedrooms contain a double bed and have sea views.
